Spa Etiquette
Arrival
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment for first time clients to fill out any paper work and get comfortable. Please don't arrive late as your appointment will end on the scheduled time regardless of when your appointment starts as a courtesy to the next scheduled client.
Prices
All prices include GST. Muffin Mowers accepts cash, debit, or Muffin Mowers Gift Cards.
A 50% deposit is required for services from $150.00. Payment can be made in person, or by e-transfer.
Cell Phones And Electronics
Here at Muffin Mowers you are welcome to have your phone or electronics on.
Booking And Cancellations
Please phone to book an appointment or request an appointment on the website. Please note that all requests for an appointment will have a response during the next regular business hours. If you need to reschedule or cancel please provide at least 24 hrs. For 2 or less services. 3 or more services require 48 hours cancelation notice. Same day cancellations that reschedule are required to pay 50% of the service cost. No shows are required to pay a fee of 100% of the service missed that has to be paid before a new service is booked.
Age requirements
Anyone under the age of 18 requires parental consent for services.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price/ gift cards and are left to your discretion in appreciation for outstanding service.
